Broccoli with Red Pepper Flakes and Toasted Garlic

2 teaspoons olive oil
6 cups broccoli florets (1 head)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/4 cup water

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add broccoli, salt, red pepper, and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add water, cover the skillet, and reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook for 2 minutes, until broccoli is crisp-tender.

makes 4 servings, 1 HU per serving.
