Creamy Feta and Chive Dip


Creamy Feta and Chive Dip

8 ounces mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup fresh chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
4 ounces feta cheese, finely crumbled
additional fresh chives for garnish
items for dipping (crackers, fruit, chips, vegetables, etc.)

Combine mascarpone and sour cream in a medium bowl, stirring until smooth.
Stir in chives, salt, and pepper.
Gently stir in feta.
Garnish with additional chopped chives.
Serve with fruit, crackers, vegetables, and chips. I love pear slices and sea-salted pita chips with this!
