Classic Cheesecake

Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts, and this recipe is my standard version. It's great simple and unadorned, or with some cherry pie filling on the top...either way it's just plain cheesecake with nothing complicated added, and it's heavenly. Thanks for the beautiful picture, Mom!
