RecipePeanut Butter Noodles
This pasta is one of my favorite meals...in the original recipe, it was intended to be served as a cold noodle salad, but I like to eat it warm - with lots of green onions on top! The creamy, peanut butter-y goodness appeals to my childlike tastes in comfort food, and the tiny bit of spice with the onions make it a little more sophisticated than "noodles and butter" (one of my favorite meals growing up!).

This might be my favorite pasta. Very comforting with this chilly weather. It is a must try.

Hmmm...I think that first comment was from my mom. I was kind of a picky eater growing up. :)
