RecipeRich Butterscotch Bars
Yes, it's time for another batch of bars! These bars are VERY rich...I can only eat a small piece at a time - which I suppose is probably for the best. They're packed with butterscotch flavor, and the cream cheese layer is so creamy it just melts in your mouth. Every time I make them, someone always comments that they look like pizza, probably because of the melted butterscotch-crumb layer on the top. Anyway, they're fabulous - give them a try!
