Tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich...I don't think it gets much better than that when you're looking for a simple, comforting meal on a chilly day. To be honest, I really like Campbell's tomato soup (I know, very embarassing)...but this recipe for tomato soup is EVEN BETTER than Campbell's, if you can believe it. It freezes well, so you can make a big batch of it and always have it on hand when you need something fast and warming.

Yes, this is definitely one of CL's best, I think. I love how fast it is to put together!
