Chili for a Chilly Day...

White Chicken Chili

Chili is another one of those things that I said I didn't like without ever trying - mostly because, as a pretty picky eater, I thought I didn't like most kinds of beans. Thank goodness I've gotten over that phase, because this white chili is one of best things I've had in a long time! It's thick and flavorful and very, very filling. It's really good all by itself, but for me, it reaches "wow" status with a dollop of sour cream in the middle and some cornbread to soak it up with. I'm happy to report that chili now falls into the category of things I not only like, but LOVE (as long as it's good chili)...and almost all my "picky eater" habits have disappeared. Hooray!

Yum! You made this for us last night and it was absolutely delicious! It is different from any other white chili I've had in that it is so creamy! It's now one of my new favorite meals. Thanks!
