Power Sticks

Power Sticks

(I talked about this recipe here)

1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2/3 cup dry cereal, crushed
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup powdered milk
1/3 cup dried fruit (optional)

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Divide into 6 portions and roll into sticks.
Roll each individual stick in wax paper and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Can also be frozen.

OMG! I am so grateful to have a use for the last remnants of cereal, and these sound great...I definitely will make them, and I am LMAO at the photo! I definitely cannot see myself whipping one out at the office, or while sitting on a park bench watching the squirrels! Or...it might be interesting to try it and see what happens!

Ha! I'm glad someone else is amused by the photo. I giggle/cringe a little every time I see it. :) These are really good though - I hope you get a chance to try them!
