Apple Crumble with Golden Raisins

Apple Crumble with Golden Raisins

(I talked about this recipe here)

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small pieces
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons golden raisins
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375.
Combine flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, and brown sugar in a medium bowl.
Cut in butter using a pastry blender or two sharp knives until the mixture is coarse and crumbly.
Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, apples, raisins, orange juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a separate bowl, tossing to combine.
Pour apple mixture into a small baking dish coated with cooking spray (an 8x8 square pan or 1 1/2 quart casserole dish work well).
Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over the top of the apples.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
