Here's my list of leftover ingredients that freeze well, that I've developed purely through trial and error. It is by no means a comprehensive list - if you have anything to add, please let me know by leaving a comment or sending me an email. broth, all kinds
buttermilk
chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
coconut milk
coffee (brewed - use the cubes in iced coffee drinks!)
curry paste
ginger (fresh - grated)
herbs (fresh)
juice (fruit and vegetable)
miso
pesto (cover with a layer of olive oil to keep from turning brown)
tomato paste
tomato sauce
wine (for cooking)
zests (lime/lemon/orange)
