Triple Sesame Asparagus

Triple Sesame Asparagus

1 pound asparagus, trimmed
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Place asparagus in a large pot of boiling water - boil 3 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain.
Plunge asparagus into ice water. Drain.
Toss asparagus with sesame seeds, oil, and salt.

makes 4 servings, 1 HU per serving.
