Mediterranean Muesli

Mediterranean Muesli

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup oat bran
3 tablespoons dried apricots, chopped
3 tablespoons dried dates, chopped
fresh berries for topping (strawberries and raspberries work well)

Combine oats, yogurt, milk, almonds, honey, oat bran, apricots, and dates in a large bowl.
Chill for a minimum of two hours, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Garnish with fresh berries before serving.

makes 4 servings, 6 HUs per serving.
