Cranberry Feta Pinwheels

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
3 scallions, chopped
6 ounces dried cranberries
4 10-inch flour tortillas
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Stir in feta, scallions, and cranberries.
Spread about 1/2 cup of cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Cut each roll into thin slices - use toothpicks to hold together if necessary.
