1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red onion, chopped
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed
4 ounces reduced-fat feta cheese
1 1/3 pound ground turkey breast
1 tablespoon grill seasoning (such as McCormick's)
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and onions. Cook for 5 minutes.
Wring spinach dry by twisting it in a clean kitchen towel over the sink.
Combine onion-garlic mixture with spinach, ground turkey, feta, and grill seasoning in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.
Grill burgers until done - about 6 minutes on each side.
Serve with onions, tomatoes, and peppers, if desired.
makes 4 burgers, 7 WWP per burger.
