RecipeSpanakopita Burgers
Dariush and I have been taking advantage of the season this summer and using our grill to cook meals as much as possible. Granted, I really have no idea how to use the grill (and lighting it really freaks me out), so when I say "we" are grilling, I really mean that Dariush is outside doing the actual cooking while I am inside prepping ingredients....
Anyway, these turkey burgers are FANTASTIC - the spinach and feta make them so much more flavorful than the average turkey burger. If the idea of turkey instead of beef in a burger sounds a little too adventurous to you, these would probably be good with beef too....but consider giving the turkey a try - I think you'll like it!
