Roasted Green Beans

Roasted Green Beans

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1 cup onion, finely chopped
10 medium garlic cloves, peeled
kosher salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 400.
Brush a large baking sheet with olive oil.
Spread the green beans, onions, and garlic cloves on the tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes, intermittently stirring or shaking the tray.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish.
Drizzle with vinegar.

makes 4 large servings, 1 WWP per serving.
