It's been a busy summer so far, and I haven't been spending much time updating this blog - but I've been passing out the address to people, so I figured I'd better get back on top of it!
These green beans are what I served with the Spiced Pork with Bourbon Reduction Sauce that I made for a Friday night date with my mom. They are simple and delicious - so delicious, in fact, that I sometimes eat a big plate of them and nothing else for a meal! Don't forget to shake the pan, or flip them occasionally while they are roasting (as I have before) - it will make a difference in the the end result.
