A simple, quick stir fry...

Cantonese Chicken with Vegetables

This stir fry is quick and easy to throw together, and you don't really need many specific ingredients for it - you can use whatever vegetables you have on hand - tofu, shrimp, or pork instead of chicken; pretty much any kind of vegetables you have around...there's so many possibilities. The last time I made it, we ate it from paper plates, hung over after a party we'd had at our house the night's that simple! :)
