A cake for all occasions

Blueberry Pound Cake

This cake is the sole reason I own a tube pan...I had heard so many good things about this recipe that I finally decided to try it for myself, and for proper effect, I went out and bought a tube pan to make it in. It was worth it, I suppose, because now this is one of my stand-by cake recipes. If I need to bring a dessert to a party, a treat to a friend that's having a hard time, or I just want cake(!)....this is the recipe I use. For a really decadent treat, I like it with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh blueberries on top.
