Make some cookies this weekend!

Recipe
Maple Snickerdoodles

Everyone loves snickerdoodles, and these cookies are like snickerdoodles with a little twist. Maple syrup is included in the batter, which adds an extra layer of flavor, and they're a bit thicker and chewier than a standard snicker doodle. They're a great weekend treat - pretty quick to throw together and kind of fun to make (for some reason, I really love rolling cookie dough in sugar...weird, huh?). If you make a batch on Sunday morning, then you can have them for a bedtime snack with a glass of milk on Sunday night, and bring the rest to work with you Monday morning before you eat them all yourself - it's a great plan!

I made these over the weekend - YUMMY! They were much puffier and thicker than a traditional snickerdoodle. Thanks for the recipe!
