RecipeOven Beef Stew
With unbearably cold temperatures in Minnesota this week, soups and stews have been on my mind. This is one of my favorites - it's so hearty and filling! If you look closely at the photo you can see this is not a brothy stew by any means - it's deliciously thick, and the flavor is amazing. I think this is one of Dariush's favorite things that I make - and although I don't usually tend to gravitate towards very "meat heavy" dishes, I really love this too. Even though it's supposed to warm up just a bit in Minnesota this weekend (read: windchills above freezing), no need to worry - it's still cold enough for stew!
