RecipeCrab and Corn Bisque
At our house, crab is a special treat that we don't have very often...so when we do, I get very excited about it! This soup is a combination of several different recipes I've tried for crab bisque over the last couple years - I think I've finally created my "perfect" crab soup. It's sweet, creamy, and not too scary, health-wise. It's also great with the beer bread I posted below. Definitely one of the best things to come out of my kitchen in 2007!
