Swiss Muesli


Swiss Muesli

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup yogurt (any flavor - I usually use vanilla)
1 cup milk
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 apple, cut into small pieces
1 cup fresh berries

Stir together oats, yogurt, milk, almonds, cranberries, and apples.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Top with berries before serving.

makes 4 servings, 4 HUs per serving.
