So, I made these WONDERFUL cookies last weekend. I've had other incredible cookies (some my great-great-great aunt Nornie used to make come to mind) but as far as cookies I've made myself that are relatively healthy, these top the list!
I used the five-grain rolled cereal made by Bob's Red Mill (it comes in a plastic bag near the flour at the co-op I shop at and looks kind of like oatmeal), but I think you could also use rolled oats and get near the same effect.
