Experimenting with burgers...

Ham and Swiss Stuffed Burgers

Now that the warmer weather is finally here, Dariush and I have been more inclined to use our grill (well, he does most/all of grilling, I guess - I just do the prep inside!). We've experimenting a bit with different twists on burgers and this is probably our favorite one we've tried so far.

The ham and cheese add a nice saltiness to the burger, and the sourdough toast is a fun change from a standard hamburger bun.
