RecipeWhite Chocolate Raspberry Bars
Raspberries, white chocolate, and almonds...I can't think of a better combination for a dessert! I originally picked up this recipe from Anna at Cookie Madness, who listed it as one of her "Fall 2007 Top 10 Recipes". They were originally called "Razz Ma Tazz" bars and were a finalist in a Nestle recipe contest (so you know they have to be good!)...but I prefer recipe names that tell you exactly what it is - hence the new name, which I think Anna used as well. These bars are wonderful - sweet, chewy, and so easy to put together. I made them for a holiday celebration a couple weeks ago, and they were enjoyed by many...but especially by me - I definitely ate more than my fair share.
