Sharing a wonderful meal with family and friends

This salmon recipe has been a popular one for me lately - it made its first appearance at a holiday meal on a snowy evening with my friend, Kim, who braved treacherous driving conditions just to come over to our house and eat it (such courage!), and just a week or so later I found myself making it again for another very special group of people...my older sister and her family (and my mom and stepfather, too). Both times it was a big hit! The combination of spices and lemon zest in the rub create an amazing flavor combination, and it's so fast and easy to put together - definitely my current favorite way to prepare salmon.

**I apologize for the lack of new posts in the last week or so...I've been on vacation visiting my sister and her family, and although I had photos and recipes lined up to post while I was away, I had some technical difficulties with Blogger and wasn't able to get most of them up. Back to our regular schedule now! :)

Where is the recipe for the whiskey bread pudding? That may have been the best dessert ever!

Looks gorgeous! And I like the look of the sides too . . .

Happy new year!

Eli, the bread pudding photos are on our camera, which is currently in Africa with DR, so that recipe will have to wait a bit. Glad you're on top of it though. :)

Lia, Happy New Year to you, too!

This was the MOST amazing salmon! It smells wonderful while it's cooking, too. I love you, Liz, and miss you tons (and your cooking, too!) )-:
