Peanut butter and chocolate - what's not to love?

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cupcakes

These were originally supposed to be peanut butter-FILLED chocolate cupcakes, but it's hard to get the peanut butter filling to stay inside the middle when they bake, so instead I just swirl it in the center. The peanut butter mixture adds a rich, moist center to an otherwise plain chocolate cupcake, and the result is fantastic. As far as indulgences go, they aren't too bad calorie/fat count-wise, so they're a favorite at my house.
